We are an independent, transnational nonprofit organization (NPO).
Our services are financed exclusively through donations.
Expenses include: servers, software, fees.
The Jonathan Löwenherz Foundation is responsible for pre-financing and accepting donations.
The regular operating costs amount to around €1,000 per year.
Based on 40 users, this currently equates to €25 per year, or €18 per year for 55 entries.
For 2026, we hope to have at least 100 users who will share the costs.
That would be €10 per person to cover the regular expenses.
Any surplus will be used for the further development of MarkerMap and administrative activities.
We will soon publish all expenses and income transparently in the appendix.
