Functions
- At the top of the map list (next to or below the map), you can enter your search terms and a desired location.
- To perform a targeted search, placebe fore the keyword a plus sign (+) for offers and a minus sign (-) for requests.
(As this function is new, most items are currently probably still best found without the signs before the search term.) - In addition, the results can be sorted in different ways and further filtered by a search radius around the location.
- You can automatically display your location by clicking on the black marker in the top right corner of the map.
(To do this, you must have location services enabled on your device.)
Color of markers
- gray = Newcomers
display their name, contact details, and location - red = Wishers
also show what they are specifically looking for - orange = Providers
also show what they offer others - green = Networkers
have three or more people on their MarkerMap - blue = Ambassadors
present the MarkerMap project and develop it further
